Organizing, Upgrading, Restart

I completed a big project that I'm pretty proud of! It was one of those great space saving ideas that I'd wanted to get accomplished for a long time, but it's kind of an involved job so, it got put on the list for someday.

As I'm working hard to get my paper crafting organized for my handmade greeting cards, it was essential & I couldn't really put it off anymore.

I needed to go through all my stamps to see what I actually had, as many stamp sets have been sold or lost along the way.

So, I made the list of all my current stamp sets. Every table, side table, & bed even was covered & looked like this.

Then, I converted them all to cling-foam stamps, and removed the wooden blocks off them. This was the most painstaking part. I did it bit by bit, as I watched shows in the evenings. Peeling the sticker off the wood block, placing it over the cling foam, and then trimming them off with scissors. Sounds simple enough but it took forever! I'd go until my neck gave out. It can't do anything focused for more than 2 hrs without pain, so that's what I tried to do.

Then, I realized I was gonna need more cling-foam stamp cases, like LOTS!

But then again, each stamp case isn't actually filled with stamps since each set has about 5 stamps in each.

So, I doubled up the stamp sets in each case, putting the 2nd image on the back side.

 I did my best to put the titles for all the stamp sets included in each case  on the spine for easy finding. 

I tried to group them with other similar style stamp sets.

In the end, my 2 boxes worth of stamps all fit into one box now!!!

I have a lot of those clear stamp cases from the wood stamps sets now, and a lot of wooden blocks too! Not sure what to do with all of these !?

Not gonna lie, this took a long time & almost drove me a bit batty at times. But bit by bit, it eventually got done.
